Friendly but professional and knowledgeable

Neil visited us to give us a quote and we were impressed by his friendly but professional and knowledgeable approach. We discussed our needs and decided upon a fire we had already seen in a nearby showroom at a lot higher price. After a few hiccups through no fault of his own we subsequently had our fire fitted and have never looked back. We love it!! We have also cut our electricity bills for January/February, in half!! Neil’s after service is also amazing in this day and age. We cannot praise him enough. Thanks Neil.
