Why Biomass Pellet Stoves Sales continue to rise
The South of Europe is the main market for stoves as they require an average affordable investment of around €1,500 – and they generate heat at a cost of between 30% and 70% of fossil fuels or electricity.
Consumers prefer to switch to biomass: it’s cheaper, more stable and local. Aesthetically, stoves offer users design and warmth and they are improving technically all the time. Expectations are very high, fundamentally because savings continue to be vital when it comes to buying biomass equipment and, furthermore, competition among manufacturers is contributing to their becoming more technical, offering equipment with a tenth of the particle emissions of old-fashioned conventional wood burners.
